The connecting thread is a fascination with how emerging technologies—whether voice synthesis, image-to-prompt guessing games, or hypothetical Zoom analytics—are manifesting ideas that previously existed only in science fiction or as half-formed thoughts, often arriving faster than expected. There's an underlying note of bemused observation about how quickly the speculative becomes real, from the author casually wishing for a \"PROMPT-LE\" game six days before one actually appeared online.","reading_minutes":1,"links":[{"url":"https://metaverse-standards.org","normalized_url":"https://metaverse-standards.org/","domain":"metaverse-standards.org","anchor_text":"Metaverse Standards Forum","is_archive":0,"archive_url":null,"archive_service":null,"category":"external"},{"url":"https://www.reuters.com/technology/amazon-has-plan-make-alexa-mimic-anyones-voice-2022-06-22/","normalized_url":"https://reuters.com/technology/amazon-has-plan-make-alexa-mimic-anyones-voice-2022-06-22","domain":"reuters.com","anchor_text":"style transfer on voices","is_archive":0,"archive_url":null,"archive_service":null,"category":"external"},{"url":"https://github.com/alexhallam/tv","normalized_url":"https://github.com/alexhallam/tv","domain":"github.com","anchor_text":"tv","is_archive":0,"archive_url":null,"archive_service":null,"category":"external"},{"url":"https://twitter.com/hondanhon/status/1536754579596931072","normalized_url":"https://twitter.com/hondanhon/status/1536754579596931072","domain":"twitter.com","anchor_text":"Has anyone mande PROMPT-LE yet","is_archive":0,"archive_url":null,"archive_service":null,"category":"external"},{"url":"https://twitter.com/osanseviero/status/1538970832025829377","normalized_url":"https://twitter.com/osanseviero/status/1538970832025829377","domain":"twitter.com","anchor_text":"6 days later","is_archive":0,"archive_url":null,"archive_service":null,"category":"external"},{"url":"https://huggingface.co/spaces/huggingface-projects/wordalle","normalized_url":"https://huggingface.co/spaces/huggingface-projects/wordalle","domain":"huggingface.co","anchor_text":"Guess the Prompt","is_archive":0,"archive_url":null,"archive_service":null,"category":"external"},{"url":"https://twitter.com/hondanhon/status/1532024360717799424","normalized_url":"https://twitter.com/hondanhon/status/1532024360717799424","domain":"twitter.com","anchor_text":"the thread of thinking out loud","is_archive":0,"archive_url":null,"archive_service":null,"category":"external"}],"sections":[{"id":2358,"ord":0,"number":"0.0","heading":"Context Setting","level":1,"word_count":48},{"id":2359,"ord":1,"number":"1.0","heading":"Some Things That Caught My Attention","level":1,"word_count":228}]}
